I collaborated with George Smith, a renowned maker of handcrafted furniture, to produce a series of studio product photographs showcasing their luxury upholstery fabrics. The brief focused on capturing the texture, depth, and richness of premium materials and how they interact with different forms of light.

Each fabric was carefully folded and sculpted to emphasise the way light moves across the surface — revealing its depth through subtle shadows and radiant highlights. This approach allowed the character and weave of the material to become the focal point, illustrating both the craftsmanship and the tactile quality that define George Smith’s collections.
